Coastal Family Health Network connects doctors, nurses, counselors, and community health workers with the patients who need them most — often the same patients who have had nowhere else to turn.
We're not a hospital system. We're your neighbors, working in small clinics across rural and coastal Maine to make sure that geography, income, and insurance status never stand between a person and quality care.
